I wanted to write you and let you know how pleased we were with your recent service call to our home. Your technician came out to our home and diagnosed the existing opener as DOA. He went over all the options of a new opener with my wife, and left all of the information and pre-scheduled the installation of a new LiftMaster Belt Drive Opener for Friday.
Your staff was most helpful and professional and courteous. We appreciate the time they spent going over everything in detail.

Your company installed a LiftMaster garage door opener in December. Although it worked perfectly when the technician departed and however it malfunctioned the following morning.
